1. Coaching & Mentorship Claims
Any claim related to dissatisfaction with a mentorship session must be reported within 48 hours of the session taking place.
We offer 1 reschedule or substitution per session if prior notice is given at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.
Claims for missed sessions without notice are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
2. Bot Development & Automation Services
Custom bots and automated systems (Python, Pine Script, MQL) are developed according to the specifications agreed upon with the client.
Claims regarding functionality issues or bugs must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will offer free revisions in line with the original requirements.
Changes beyond the original scope will be treated as additional work and may incur extra charges.
3. Digital Product Access
Products such as signal systems, templates, and strategy tools are delivered digitally. Once access is granted or files are downloaded, no refunds or claims will be accepted unless the product is proven to be defective or incomplete.
4. Eligibility for Claims
Claims must be submitted in writing via email or through our official contact form.
Include your full name, order/session ID, and a clear explanation of your issue.
All claims are handled by our support team and reviewed within 3–5 business days.
